Description:
We are looking to hire a qualified Access Management Unit Officer to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible as officer in Access Management function for access provisioning, removal, record keeping and approval tracking. The role is for the day to day running and working of the Access Control function.
Responsibilities
- Work with Internal Departments to provision bank’s staff systems accesses and that they are covered within the Identity and Access Management standards set.
- Perform setup and configurations of Business Parameters controlled by Access Management – channel configurations, branches parameters, finance parameters, operations parameters, yearend parameters etc.
- Undertake the required testing of new systems accesses, new license implementations, implementation of new accesses, security administration settings etc.
- Manage Identity and Access Management incidents / requests to completion. Assist in the improvements in the performance and maturity of the Bank’s Access Management profile and standards.
- Partner Head of Access Management Head and INFOSEC in the Identity and Access Management roadmap by ensuring all obligations related to access provisioning and service catalogue management. Service level management, availability and capability management are met.
- Contribute to the design, creation, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and training needs of the Bank and supporting the Head and INFOSEC team and ensure timely updating thereof in light of changing circumstances/ best practices/ regulatory directives.
- Working and delivering on the service and controls roadmap for access management. Also support in Incident Management actions and reporting to ensure that the Access Management function is void of issues, deviations and non-compliance.
- Handle other duties as assigned related to Access Management by identifying and executing in the fast-paced, ever changing solution environment.
- Assist in creating dashboards and views for critical Identity and Access Management risk metrics to drive alerts, progress and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in access management or a similar role is required, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in access management tools and systems, such as Active Directory, LDAP, IAM (Identity and Access Management) platforms, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions is essential.
- Familiarity with network security principles, encryption protocols, and authentication methods is also beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Must have a valid Qatar ID & transferrable visa with NOC.
