Description:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to engage with targeted proposed clients to build positive relationships in order to acquire new connections and to create new business opportunities for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain business relationship with existing clients
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing and potential clients satisfied at all times
- Generate leads from social events and relations in the market
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Get valuable information to understand the needs of the clients and accordingly share information effectively with the senior sales team and management
- Manage customer activity with CRM for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
- Liaise with the IT, Finance, Warehousing and Logistics Departments as appropriate
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Prepare timely reports for the progress and the updates for each client being assigned for
- Stay up to date with company latest solutions and services and provide support to clients and the sales team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, additional degree / diploma in Business Management is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management role or equivalent in an IT Company or similar field
- Proven experience in account management, and B2B sales
- Have a good understanding of a variety of lT Solutions and services
- Must be a bilingual speaker (Arabic & English)
- Must have a valid Qatari Driving License & a vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
