Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Manager with a strong background in the security industry, covering Physical Security, ICT, Cyber Security, and Security Platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, committed to exceeding sales targets, and experienced in building lasting customer relationships.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager - Security at S4 in Doha, Qatar.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients in the Qatar market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales support and account management services.

Sales Process Management:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Design tailored security solutions and prepare detailed quotations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.

CRM and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • [Must Have] Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the Qatar physical security market.
  • [Must Have] Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Physical Security, ICT, Cyber Security, and Security Platforms.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
