HIVE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager who is bilingual (English and Arabic) to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and HIVE's capabilities.
- Lead a team of account executives, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables within set timelines and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal team such as the Creative and Digital teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with previous Account Manager roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven track record in client management, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
