Description:

· Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience

· Responsible for day-to-day task management within an organization

· Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone

· Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers.

· Coordinating Schedules and arranging Meetings.

· Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed

· Assisting the human resources department with payroll and personnel databases

· Responsible for event planning and organization

· Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems

· Experience with office management software like MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
