They're urgently searching for an Agile (IT) Project Manager to join their international team (EMEA). This role is quite unique as it blends Release Train Engineering, Product Owner, and Project Manager responsibilities. Ideal for those that love a multi-faceted role.

What you'll do includes:
- Manage and optimize value flow through the ART using various tools
- Plan and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and ART-level meetings
- Aggregate team objectives into program objectives for transparency and alignment with business goals
- Oversee execution and tracking of features, ensuring timely completion using metrics like OKRs
- Support economic decisions by assisting teams with feature estimation and contributing to value stream and portfolio strategies
Who you are:
- Skilled Project Manager with expertise in agile methodologies and how to scale them effectively
- Proficient in summarizing and tracking PI objectives and managing program dependencies
- Capable of assessing ART agility levels and driving improvements
- Experienced with agile metrics; able to interpret results and adjust strategies accordingly
- Strong background in software delivery, program management, and stakeholder engagement
- Proven leader with a Lean-Agile mindset, adept at coaching and mentoring teams
- Effective communicator at all levels—enterprise, program, and team
- Excellent English communication skills
