Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigating operational issues, problems and requests for support.
  • Monitoring progress of requests for support and ensuring users and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Producing software designs showing processes, data flows and stored data.
  • Developing and executing test plans to verify the correct operation of completed software.
  • Defining and documenting small-scale projects, identifying and managing risks which might impact on the success of the project.
  • Ensuring compliance with information security policies and procedures.
  • Participating in meetings with stakeholders and assisting with presenting issues and solutions.
