Managing the delivery of RAM strategies and programmes to ensure systems meet or exceed performance requirements through effective stakeholder management
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance system RAM performance
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RAM and identifying risks and/or opportunities in line with the company’s policies and procedures
Understanding equipment failure investigations (Root Cause Analysis) and managing the subsequent corrective actions
Generating and continually improving maintenance strategies and tactics
Working in conjunction with other Asset Management experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes
PROFILE
Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or similar relevant discipline. Ideally have an additional advanced degree in RAMS or data analytics
Certified in Reliability Engineering (e.g. Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)) or risk management would be highly preferred
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in reliability engineering, with a track record of improving system reliability and performance, within the railway industry
Extensive knowledge and expertise in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS)
Strong technical knowledge of reliability engineering principles, including FMEA, fault tree analysis, RCM and reliability modelling
Proficient with reliability testing tools and software
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Previous experience in the Middle East would be preferred
