Description:
-Realizing and exceeding the Sales Target set by the Retail Department.
-Continually exploring new areas of development to improve sales and contribution
-Taking action in areas of responsibility in line with company strategies in order to achieve targets
-Ensuring the highest possible customer service and employee compliance in the store to optimize sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Ensuring that warehouse acceptance, transfers and seasonal returns processes are carried out properly at the times determined by the center.
-Maintaining regular communication with superiors and subordinates. Informing senior managers about all situations that will benefit or affect the company.
-Participating in meeting organized by Retail Department and Headquarters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Native plus English).
• Working days 6 days per week.
• Working time according to the weekly schedule.
• Annual leave according to the Iraqi labor law.
