Description:
Education & Experience Requirements::
- Bachelor degree University graduate is a must, Master’s degree is an advantage
- At least 10 years work experience with minimum of 3 years of similar experience with a reputed financial Institution
- Business and/ or functional experience or exposure
- Previous experience in a corporate planning and performance management role
- Awareness of a management consulting approach (previous role in such is an advantage)
- Experience with performance management, balance scorecard approach and management of information systems (MIS)
- Deep understanding and knowledge of the activities and functions of the various business and support divisions in a financial institution
- Well-developed numerical, analytical, evaluation skills
Required Special Skills::
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)

- High degree of efficiency and result-driven way of working
- High degree of reliability with regards to time, speed and quality of delivery
- Ability to respect deadlines and get things done in an operating environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with various different hierarchy levels across the organization

- High degree of proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
