Assistant Vice President

 

Description:

Education & Experience Requirements::
 

  • Bachelor degree University graduate is a must, Master’s degree is an advantage
  • At least 10 years work experience with minimum of 3 years of similar experience with a reputed financial Institution
  • Business and/ or functional experience or exposure
  • Previous experience in a corporate planning and performance management role
  • Awareness of a management consulting approach (previous role in such is an advantage)
  • Experience with performance management, balance scorecard approach and management of information systems (MIS)
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the activities and functions of the various business and support divisions in a financial institution
  • Well-developed numerical, analytical, evaluation skills
     

Required Special Skills::
 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
  • Structured approach of working
  • High degree of efficiency and result-driven way of working
  • High degree of reliability with regards to time, speed and quality of delivery
  • Ability to respect deadlines and get things done in an operating environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various different hierarchy levels across the organization
  • Ability to work in a relatively unstructured, multi-cultural environment
  • Proficiency in all standard business software applications, office communication tools and technologies
  • High degree of proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
