Description:

Diploma Certificate in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar profile across an Automobile Industry
Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication of service needs and updates
Ensure timely completion of services by coordinating workflow within the service center.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes and service management.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
