Job Description:
- Guide customers in onboarding their businesses, solving issues, and providing thorough instructions when utilizing M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office 365 Pro Plus, Teams, Yammer etc. Document and report to QMs, Cluster Leads & Geo Leads any identified gaps, issues etc.
- Identify security issues on M365 platform.
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation
- Expertise in Managing Azure Environment in enterprise environment including application dependencies, client presentation.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud-Network operations, Private and hybrid cloud administration.
- More practical exposure on Security Operations, Experience on M365 Security component like Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, SIEM solution etc.
- practical exposure on security component
- Experience in Administration using Azure CLI, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
- Must understand end to end Azure IAAS components.
- Experience in Implementation of different Azure IaaS Services in Compute, Storage, and Networking
- Azure Sentinel experience is an added advantage.
