Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist/Shadow Teacher in Doha, Qatar. The Behavioral Therapist/Shadow Teacher will be responsible for working with a child who requires additional support to master important social and academic skills. Daily tasks include applying the principles of applied behavior analysis, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, working collaboratively with parents and teachers, and utilizing behavioral data analysis to evaluate and adjust intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis skills
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and teachers
• Experience working with children who require additional support to master important social and academic skills
• Ability to collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to improve intervention strategies
• Fluency in English language, Arabic is a plus.
