Technical Skills:
✔️ IT Support & Troubleshooting – First-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
✔️ Microsoft Technologies – Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and O365 administration
✔️ IT Service Management (ITSM) – Knowledge of ITSM principles and experience with ITSM tools (e.g., HP/Microfocus Service Manager)
✔️ IT Security – Understanding of fundamental IT security principles
✔️ Remote Support & Workplace Services – Supporting users with software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
✔️ Basic Networking – Familiarity with CISCO IPT, VPN services, and network troubleshooting
✔️ Endpoint Management – Preferred experience with SCCM, Intune, BitLocker, and endpoint security

Soft Skills:
✔️ Bilingual Communication – Fluent in English & Arabic (verbal and written)
✔️ Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
✔️ Customer Service Orientation – Strong focus on providing excellent user experience
✔️ Attention to Detail – Ability to document incidents, requests, and resolutions accurately
✔️ Collaboration & Teamwork – Working with internal IT teams and end users to ensure smooth service delivery

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus!):
🎓 Microsoft Certifications – MCITP, MCTS, Microsoft
