- 10+ years of relevant experience in Banking
- Techno-functional experience and expertise in digital & platforms (digital banking, FinTech, core banking platforms such as LOS, LMS, etc., mobile app development, UI/UX, digital lending etc.)
- Experience in Digital/Technology Strategy & Transformation, Program implementation and delivery, Design thinking, Agile Scrum, and Project Delivery
- Experience in working along with product firms
