Job Description:

• 8+ years of overall experience as Business Analyst

• Sound domain knowledge and experience in employee leave, overtime, time and attendance functionalities.

• Creation of business requirements documents and functional specifications as required by the projects.

• Expert in using power point, visio, excel and other tools to create the requirement documents. Create user stories for the Agile Sprints

• Collaborate with UI/UX Architect, technical leads/ project managers and business teams for bi-directional traceability matrix.

• Collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure the requirements feasibility analysis done to cater the business needs

• Prepare use cases and develop test cases for UAT.
