• Proposal Development:
• Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential
• clients in collaboration with the creative team.
• Issue invoices for clients, and process payments for freelancers and contributors.
• Financial Processes and Reporting:
• Develop and implement financial processes related to budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
• Utilize financial management tools to monitor and report on key financial metrics.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Networking:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate
• leads and represents the agency.
• Actively engage in professional organizations and online forums using
• social media and networking platforms.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, including lead
• generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Assess the financial impact of business development strategies.
