Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
  • Leverage existing relationships with Aramco and other key industry stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to a high-performing team to enhance their productivity and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and management to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in business development or sales, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
  • Demonstrated success in securing and managing high-value contracts with major oil and gas clients.
  • Strong network of connections within the Middle East oil and gas sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to dynamic market conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
