Business Development Executive

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive-Audio Visual in Doha, Qatar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the AV market, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This includes understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role requires staying up to date with industry trends, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, AV integrators, and key stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of AV products and solutions, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, projectors, sound systems, and more

· Provide technical and product expertise to customers, helping them select the best AV solutions for their needs.

· Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in the AV industry.

· Develop and maintain a client database, tracking key contacts, project details, and communication history.

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

· Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Experience

  • Strong understanding of AV technologies and market trends.
  • Local experience and knowledge of the AV market in Doha, Qatar.
  • Established network of contacts within the AV industry in Qatar.
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Business Communication and Account Management skills
  • Experience in creating and presenting business proposals
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
