Description:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years of experience in business development, particularly within Information Technology, Banking, Financial Technology, Marketing Agencies, or well-known retail brands in Qatar. The candidate should possess a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with retail merchants and brands in Qatar. Experience working in an MNC or leading corporate groups in Qatar will be given preference over other candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential retail merchants and brands to explore partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and value for all parties.
- Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline status and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Up to 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on IT, Banking, FinTech, or Marketing.
- Strong network and relationships with retail merchants and brands in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and understanding of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
