Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to ensure brand recognition, financial growth, and market expansion.
- Sales & Marketing: Ensure sales and marketing efforts to identify opportunities for promoting the company’s solutions and services, and to enhance brand visibility.
- Technical and IT Expertise: Leverage technical understanding of IT solutions to identify market needs, align company offerings, and propose value-driven solutions to potential clients.
- Tender and Proposal Management: Lead and manage the entire tender process, ensuring compliance with Qatar's local regulations and submission requirements.
- Partnership Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key global and local vendors. Negotiate vendor agreements that enhance product offerings and ensure competitive pricing.
- Client Relationship: Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly in the IT and Cybersecurity market.
- Value Creation & Deal Closure: Focus on value creation through understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

- Tender Process Knowledge: Expertise in handling tenders, and adhering to local procedures.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in generating leads, and negotiating deals.
- Management Skills: Strong administrative and leadership capabilities.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of business development experience in Qatar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
