Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to ensure brand recognition, financial growth, and market expansion.
  • Sales & Marketing: Ensure sales and marketing efforts to identify opportunities for promoting the company’s solutions and services, and to enhance brand visibility.
  • Technical and IT Expertise: Leverage technical understanding of IT solutions to identify market needs, align company offerings, and propose value-driven solutions to potential clients.
  • Tender and Proposal Management: Lead and manage the entire tender process, ensuring compliance with Qatar's local regulations and submission requirements.
  • Partnership Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key global and local vendors. Negotiate vendor agreements that enhance product offerings and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Client Relationship: Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, particularly in the IT and Cybersecurity market.
  • Value Creation & Deal Closure: Focus on value creation through understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

  • Industry Expertise: experience in the IT & Cybersecurity market in Qatar.
  • Relationships: Strong network with key decision-makers in the IT & Cybersecurity sector.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to translate technical benefits into business value.
  • Tender Process Knowledge: Expertise in handling tenders, and adhering to local procedures.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in generating leads, and negotiating deals.
  • Management Skills: Strong administrative and leadership capabilities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business development experience in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
