Business Development Manager

 

Description:

  • Ownership of accounts, identification, and realization of opportunities within the Automotive market.
  • Development and execution of the Growth Strategy for OEM/Tier 1 Automotive customers.
  • Transparent alignment of key actions with stakeholders, including management and product owners.
  • Establishment of multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy, coordinating internal resources such as local field applications and engineers, program management, and business unit staff for driving design wins.
  • Driving the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, handling issue resolution, managing contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Provision of value-added feedback on customer needs to management, business units, and customer service teams.
  • Short- and long-term sales/revenue planning.

 

Qualifications:

  • A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager with extensive sales experience at Automotive OEMs in EMEA.
  • Demonstrated success in driving results in the Automotive Market, with 5-10 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferred background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/3D systems).
