  • Identify customers’ needs

  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

Agent Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a typical call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
