Call Center Supervisor

 

Description:

As our Call Center Supervisor, you will manage our call center operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer inquiries. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing training, support, and performance management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Call Center Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
  • Proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
