Campaign Set Up Project Advisor

Description:

• Develop a centralized maintenance organization design to drive consistency, achieve execution efficiencies, meet contractual obligations, and align with Onshore shutdown alignment/synergies.
• Create a comprehensive view incorporating Maintenance, Integrity, Well Maintenance, Fabrication/Painting Programs, Pipeline Operation, Logistics, OCC and all offshore related business needs, developing and implementing a centralized maintenance organization design that supports Offshore Operation, Wellheads & Pipeline, Maintenance & Logistics Offshore and OCC. Counsel offshore operations management on organizational transitions, organizational multitask development, contract strategy, and leading related initiatives.
• Counsel offshore operations management, which involves refining, aligning, and driving the overall Offshore strategic roadmap of opportunities, to achieve a successful transition from current state to end state organizational change.
• Lead and provide oversight in defining initiatives, identifying technologies, and integrating execution timeline/schedule that aligns with Major Project milestones to ensure all initiatives are effectively managed.
• Engage with key cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that initiatives are holistic and integrated with appropriate change management in place.
• Define specific KPIs/metrics and oversee progress stewarded by the key stakeholders / initiative owners, ensuring alignment with organizational targets, and adhering Major Project milestones.
• Identify areas of concern, resolve conflicts proactively, adhere QA/QC standards, facilitate stakeholders' realignment, and drive solutions to ensure projects get back on track.
