Responsibilities

· Receiving payments (monthly rent, maintenance charge, etc.) in cash / cheque and issuing receipts.

· Balance cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.

· Payment to contractors and customers in cash / cheque as per the advice of superiors.

· Keeping register for the payments made and for the payments received.

· Deposit rental cheques in the concerned Bank on time.

· Contact the customers prior to depositing the cheque to ensure that the cheque is not bounced.

· Issue Petty Cash to different Departments and employees as approved by the Management representative.

· Keep record of Petty cash.

· Ensure that necessary invoices / documents against expenditure of petty cash is obtained from the concerned employee who has been issued petty cash.

 

Qualifications

· + 5 years’ experience

· Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly

· Strong customer service skills

· Good computer knowledge

· Basic maths
