Catering Manager

Description:

This role will be responsible for the mobilization, operational delivery, and demobilization of hospitality services for the International Circuit contract (country wide) at the designated venues.

The role will encompass a lead operational position at venue level with the on-site venue.

management of the hospitality operations across all functional areas as per SLA defined in the contract. The role reports to DOFB of the hotel.

The candidate must comply with the following:

• Relevant University/ College Degree strongly desired
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Qualifications in Food Safety (CIEH), Culinary and or Food Technology
• 7/ 10 years of experience in large scale international sport events preferably in the field of Hospitality Catering and Operations
• Good knowledge of international and localized food and beverage cultures relating to Hospitality services at major sporting events
• Experience of working in a stadium environment
