Job Summary: The Change Management Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement change management framework that drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in change management with PMO experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management framework that drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives execution to execute change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of changes and their impact.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management with PMO experience.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
