Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Chief Concierge. The Chief Concierge will be responsible for providing concierge services, managing reservations, handling receptionist duties, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in concierge services and managing reservations
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and customer service
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local attractions and resources
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications are a plus
