An individual with considerable experience and demonstrable success in identifying and appointing the right Partnerships and  Joint Ventures and an individual with very senior personal contacts at the highest levels of Government and Business is required.

 

The CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER MEA is a new position and will be part of the Executive Management of the Company. This is an exciting, innovative, entrepreneurial, leadership and challenging Part Ownership position.

 

Ki-TECH is a sales, marketing, installation, and service provider for Kinetic Power Plant (KPP) technology globally. The company is equipped to provide all stages of acquiring a KPP. It manages the entire process from purchase and handling of contracts to the construction of turnkey power plants and beyond.

 

The goal of the company is to provide affordable renewable energy in accordance with the UN Sustainability Goals.

 

The KI-TECH team and associates and supporters consist of entrepreneurs, scientists, and engineers. They are dedicated to the field of new inventions and renewable energy. Their mission is to bring good to the world by providing low-cost energy through a new revolutionary technology (Kinetic Power Plants – “KPP”) that has been proven to “save the planet” utilising technology and systems that comply with the highest environmental standards of protecting the world in line with the UN Sustainability Goals 2015.This must be achieved within commercial disciplines and total focus on customer satisfaction and investor satisfaction.

KPP offers a steady baseline supply of green energy, free from emissions and toxic waste products. The system provides continuous power regardless of location and weather conditions. This technology is highly cost-efficient. The modules are scalable and can be customised to fit any demanded capacity.

 

Following several years of research and preparation Ki-TECH has reached a stage where it is ready to appoint a small number of senior individuals including a CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, MIDDLE EAST, AND AFRICA to build and to develop  its business in line with the highest standards of integrity and customer orientation.

 

Up until recently the focus of the business has been orientated towards technical, engineering, scientific issues, research, and preparation. It is recognised that the organisation  has reached a stage where it now requires senior people with experience at the highest levels of Government and business to build the right Partnerships.

This position of CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, MEA is viewed as a part ownership and as such there is an opportunity for the right candidate with the means to purchase shares in the business from the start and for them to become a part owner in the business. The CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER MEA will be part of the Executive Management Board of the Company.

 

This position is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Government or business individual and entrepreneur who is experienced in identifying partnerships and who has great integrity and who is determined to build his/her career within Renewable Energy that brings good to the world as well as commercial success.

 

The right individual will fully understand the potential that access to a new and innovative technology can bring including the ability to contribute to the good of the planet. Further the right individual will have an in depth understanding of the need to provide clients with an outstanding service and to overachieve on customer expectations. The right individual will be trusted by clients; investors and potential partners and have the skills to communicate the need and plans to commercialise a technical innovation.

 

It is undoubtedly a leadership, business building, entrepreneurial and part ownership role.

 

The CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, MEA role will report to the CEO of the company and to the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ki-TECH, Ronny Korsberg, who is based in Norway.

 

Candidates will currently be senior executives in large prestigious organisations or hold senior Government positions or be Senior Executives in the Banking sector; or Senior Partners in one of the top 5 Management Consultancies; or Senior Partners in one of the top 5 Accountancy firms. Candidates will be motivated by the opportunity to bring good to the world via a new and exciting renewable energy solution. Candidates will have close personal contacts at the highest levels of Government and business and be trusted.

 

In a spirit of transparency candidates should note that unfortunately some 7 years ago some mischievous and negative articles were posted on the internet regarding the KPP technology. Nothing like this has been seen over the last 7 years or so however the successful candidate will have the skills to overcome this poor publicity by pointing out and clarifying the true facts which may be required in a few cases.

 

Person Specification and Qualifications:

·

·        A minimum of 10 years successful experience in identifying and concluding JV/Partnering arrangements; General Management; and business building

·        Currently be employed as a CEO or senior executive or hold a senior Government or Diplomatic position.

·        An individual of great integrity with an outstanding reputation-Trusted with outstanding contacts

·        An individual that fully understands the opportunity and potential in the renewable energy market and can commercialise a technical innovation in the Energy sector in the MEA region

·        Postgraduate or Professional Qualifications

·        An outstanding communicator in English both written and verbal and capabilities in at least one other language

·        A team builder and outstanding motivator and influencer. A “people person”

·        An organiser and Business leader and entrepreneur and original thinker

·        A determined and proven winner who is eager to build businesses and who achieves quantifiable results.
