We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil sales marketing head to join our dynamic team and drive our sales and marketing efforts in the civil engineering sector.

 

Job description:

As the civil sales marketing head, you will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the civil engineering sector through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.

 

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs promptly.

 

• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.

 

• Proposal Development: Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and quotations, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil industry.
