ITA is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join the team in Qatar.
Work is to be accomplished for the United States Air Force Central Command at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Direct support will be provided to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron performing Base Security Operations and Support services at Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.
The Contractor shall
- Manage system backups, perform crash recoveries, and ensure system integrity by monitoring and updating security measures.
- Provide technical support and routine maintenance for various office automation applications in compliance with standard Air Force support contracts.
- Oversee installation of security patches, perform system diagnostics, format drives, and manage system storage solutions.
- Serve as the primary IT Equipment Custodian, ensuring compliance with Air Force regulations.
- Act as the Telecommunications Protection/Emissions Security (TEMPEST) Monitor, overseeing the emissions security program.
- Administer the unit's SharePoint site, serve as an alternate Telephone Communication Officer, and coordinate communications equipment support.
- Provide technical guidance in purchasing and deploying new equipment for enhanced mission capabilities.
- Train personnel on secure voice communication operations and manage the unit's information security initiatives.
- Oversee the management of SIPRNET accounts and educate personnel on network security practices.
Candidates must hav
- Five (5) years of experience in computer systems administration support.
- And maintain DoDD 8570 Technical Compliant IAT Level II certification.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Administration functions.
- Proficiency in DoD Network Account creation process.
- Proficiency in non-secure and secure internet protocol network and equipment operations.
- A current state and Government Driver’s License.
- DoD approved SECRET security clearance to perform duties under this task order.
Under the 9AF ESFS contract, all applicants are subject to an in-depth background check to ensure regulation compliance. Eligible applicants will not have any of the following
- Pending criminal or civil charges (including divorce/child custody proceedings)
- Felony arrest record
- Alcohol related arrest in the last five years
- Any type of moral turpitude arrest record/history (including, but not limited to, prostitution, pandering, voyeurism, public indecency)
- Any type of involvement in hate crimes
- History of violence
- Involvement in any group or organization that espouses extralegalviolence as a legitimate means to achieve an end
