Duties
- Project management: run global HR Consulting projects for Deel clients, from scoping to drafting and sharing the deliverables on projects
- Collaborate with Deel internal experts on projects, guaranteeing timely completion and quality of the projects and the deliverables
- Build spreadsheets / dashboards to help manage Deel’s Consulting processes (e.g. client tracker, project deliveries, invoicing process)
- Liaise with clients to handle queries and follow-ups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units
- Help the Consulting operations team to define and drive strategic and operational improvements
Skills
- Bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting
- Proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be adaptable and proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans
- Advanced Excel, outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English
