Corporate Lawyer

Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution (Master’s degree or additional certifications is an advantage).

• Proven track record in handling corporate legal matters, including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and contract negotiations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of local and international corporate law and regulations.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate legal matters.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.

• Ensuring legal compliance in all corporate transactions.

• Representing clients in corporate legal disputes and litigation if required.
