Description:
- Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities.
- Sign up new corporate clients and businesses
- Support in strategic and tactical sales plans of necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives, develops relationships with existing clients and maximizes revenue potential, identifies and approaches potential new clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Helps in executing existing marketing activities to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups and works toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales and marketing team and the company
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Qualifications and Experience

- Proven track record of successful corporate sales achievements in hotel/real estate sector.
- Solid experience in a sales role with reputable hospitality brands.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
