Description:

Primary responsibilities will include;

  • Conduct corporate culture and change assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Lead cultural change initiatives and organizational transformation.
  • Proficient in change management and knowledgeable in emotional intelligence, organizational psychology, and conflict resolution.
  • Practical understanding of HR laws applicable to Qatar’s public sector.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology.
  • Experience: 15+ years overall, 10+ years specific expertise.
  • Certifications: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
  • Skills: Collaboration, data analysis, performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Market Knowledge: Extensive GCC government project experience.
  • Language: Bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Relocation: Committed and willing to relocate.
  • Duration: 30 months
