Customer Onboarding Manager

 

Description:

As Hofy’s Customer Onboarding Manager you will work as part of our Customer Success Team and you will be responsible for successfully onboarding new Hofy customers to the platform.

You identify with the following:
 

  • Onboard and grow: You will onboard Hofy customers seamlessly, and will partner with long term growth and success in mind.
  • Guide and coach: You provide tailored support, onboarding guidance and training to ensure customers are set up from day one.
  • Trusted technical partner: Become a trusted partner and a technical integration expert and will truly understand their business needs, present and future.
  • Advocate for good: You can be the voice of the customer in Hofy so we best understand how we can improve and deliver excellence throughout onboarding and implementation.
  • Ahead of the curve: You plan with a Go-live dates in mind, you know how to proactively identify opportunities and pivot to achieve results.
  • Owner mindset: You’ll learn Hofy’s product offerings inside and out to ensure that you can support your accounts in their Hofy journey supported by our CSM’s and GTM team.

     

What you need to succeed:
 

  • Walked the walk - You have at least 3+ years of experience in an onboarding/ integration manager role and really understand how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys.
  • Expert Insight - Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert.
  • Creativity and drive - You have a creative approach to problem-solving and embrace the challenge with the tools at your disposal.
  • Competent communicator - You are an excellent communicator with great written and presentation skills.
