Ruwad Al Hayah is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.

- Provide accurate information about our products and services.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Assist with order processing and follow-up.

- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
