This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Rabban Moto located in Barwa Commercial Avenue Jeera Building, Showroom #15

 

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner and providing solutions to enhance the customer experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Familiarity with the motorcycle industry and terminology is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
