Responsibilities

Identify customer’s needs and answer inquiries through phone, email and chat

Build trust with customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain customer records, comments, complaints and handle tickets

Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

 

Qualifications

Time management and Good Attitude

Strong contact handling skills, active listening and resolution

Skilled in Arabic and English language (written, oral, and presentation)

Bachelors Degree from a recognized university and possess 1-3 years experience in same field.
