Description:

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into our systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Verify and cross-check data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in data cleansing and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Conduct routine data audits to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Generate and distribute reports based on the data entered.
  • Perform data entry related to customer orders, invoices, and transactions.
  • Follow data entry guidelines and best practices to maintain data accuracy.
  • Keep records of completed work and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date with data entry software and tools.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
  • Prior experience in data entry is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
