Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into our database systems from various sources
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure its integrity
- Maintain data quality and consistency by regularly reviewing and updating records

- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Perform data cleansing and validation tasks
- Support other departments with data-related requests
- Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures
- Meet deadlines and productivity targets
- Adapt to changing data entry requirements and priorities
- Provide feedback and suggestions for system enhancements
- Handle data entry projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Organize and manage electronic files and records
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Basic understanding of data management principles
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Effective time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus
- Previous data entry experience is a bonus but not required
