Key Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
    • Retrieve data as requested for reporting or analysis.
    • Perform data backups to secure important information.
  • Quality Assurance :
    • Review and validate data for errors or discrepancies.
    • Follow data entry protocols and ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Confidentiality :
    • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
    • Adhere to data privacy and protection guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration :
    • Communicate with team members or supervisors to clarify data requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.

Required Skills And Qualifications
 

  • Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of database management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under minimal supervision.
