Experience: 5 to 10 years in architectural design, with experience in the GCC region preferred.

Specialized Focus: Proven expertise in residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and office projects, as well as urban design.

Facade Design: Good ability to design and innovate architectural facades.

3D Modeling & Rendering: Advanced skills in producing high-quality 3D models and renderings.

Presentation Skills: Strong capability to develop and deliver visually compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Desired Skills

Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.
Expertise in visualization tools, including V-Ray, and Enscape.

Excellent graphic communication skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and their practical applications in projects.

Responsibilities
Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically engaging designs for residential, mixed-use, hospitality, office, and urban projects.
Work collaboratively with team members to produce 3D models, renderings, and client-ready presentations.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout all stages of the design process.
