Design & Engineering Manager

Description:

Seeking for an experienced Design & Engineering Manager to oversee all design, technical coordination, and engineering aspects of our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and engineering management, with at least 10-12 years of experience in luxury real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Management:

- Lead and manage the design process for all phases of development
- Ensure designs align with project requirements, timelines, budgets, and company standards
- Review and approve all design deliverables from consultants
- Provide design inputs and guidance to ensure functionality, constructability, and sustainability
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other design consultants

Engineering Coordination:

- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of the project
- Facilitate the resolution of design and engineering conflicts or discrepancies
- Conduct technical reviews of drawings, specifications, and calculations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, or related specialization (preferred)
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in design and engineering management
- Proven track record in luxury real estate development projects
- Experience coordinating with international and local consultants
- Familiarity with Qatar's construction laws, codes, and regulations
