We present a prestigious career opportunity for a Design Manager / Project Manager position on behalf of our client, a Grade A Engineering and Architectural firm headquartered in Qatar, with a prominent presence across multiple countries in the region.
You will be integral to helping execute existing work and developing new projects by assuring on schedule completion, within or below, budget and in accordance with our contractual obligations.
Responsible for managing multidiscipline design packages from concept design to issue for construction for site-wide packages, manage various size groups of designers and/or specialists, Identify resources and utilize in-house resources and mange works while ensure uniform and cohesion design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage a team of designers, architects, and engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement project strategies, work plans, and schedules to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance performance and professional development.
- Responsible for all aspects of the package design during the lifetime of the package until complete the deliverables in agreed time and cost.
- Provide leadership, coordination across Multidisciplinary teams, technical direction to design teams and liaise closely with the client and the rest of Project stakeholders.
- The Senior manager shall be a prime point of contact for the aspects of project including Design proposals, data gathering, coordination and modifications.
- Responsible for maintaining design quality and project schedule, Preparing of Scope of Works documents for each design stage, and contract documentation for external consultants,
- Support the client with input to production of brief documents as required, maintaining high professional standards.
