Description:
We are hiring for the position of DevOps Specialist.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 2-5 years of experience as DevOps Engineer/Specialist.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Azure Cloud Solutions and Administration.
- Should be capable to migrate Azure DevOps Projects from On-premise to Cloud.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in DevOps principles (including Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) Pipelines, Test Automation, Source Control, Release Management Strategies, Repository Management using GITHUB and Azure Repos and Bitbucket).
- Good knowledge Cloud N-tier Architecture, IaaS and PaaS.
- Very good knowledge in Linux Kernel & Administration, and Windows IIS Server Administration.
- Good understanding of Web Servers & Administration for Apache, Nginx, and IIS Servers.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure App Insights, Key Vaults, Azure Data Explorer, Alerts and Monitoring.
- General Technical skills in Performance Optimization, Root Cause Analysis, and Advanced Troubleshooting.
- Strong working knowledge of Shell Scripting, GIT Commands, and CLI is a must.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Ansible, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Terraform, and the Azure Command Line Interface (CLI).
- Knowledge in Kubernetes Administration and Clustering.
- Knowledge in Developer tools like VS Code, Visual Studio, Apache JMeter, Zap, Drupal, Laravel etc..
- Knowledge in programming languages like php, .net, python or c#.
- Knowledge in Database Administration of MySQL Server, MS SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB and Oracle.
