Description:
The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's social media platforms, Linkedin, website, etc
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers along with building an inbound marketing plan
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts and monitor company presences
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Collect and analyze data (SEO and Google Analytics) related to Social Media Marketing Campaign and improve online contents based on the analysis
- Publish content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales
- Forecase sales performance trends
- Engagement on TikTok, commenting on FYP TikTok local and around the GCC to create a presence while creating contents on TikTok
- Measure ROI and KPIs. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvements
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
- Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
- Seek for potential collaborators and communicate with them to create contents for Pida Beauty
- Attend Pida Beauty's events to gather digital footages and handle any other jobs given circumstances
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
- Strong creative and analytical skills
