Digital Partnerships Manager

 

Description:

EAA is searching for a high-energy individual to lead their digital fundraising efforts. As the Digital Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for creating, implementing, and driving the success of EAA's online fundraising initiatives.

You'll also develop strong relationships with private sector partners and manage a robust database of donors and supporters. Your ultimate goal is to maximize EAA's digital fundraising income and reach their fundraising targets.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Develop and Manage Digital Fundraising:

  • Oversee EAA's digital fundraising strategy across channels (website, app, social media).
  • Develop and implement digital fundraising campaigns, including crowdfunding initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising for maximum reach and return on investment.
  • Track and analyze digital campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure aligned digital marketing efforts.

Increase Donor Engagement and Acquisition:

  • Develop and manage engaging content for EAA's digital platforms (website, app, social media)
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new donors and convert supporters.
  • Analyze data to understand donor behavior and optimize digital touchpoints throughout the supporter journey.
  • Develop strategies to increase online donations and cultivate recurring giving.

Leadership and Management:

  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and platform developers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital Fundraising Executives.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for the digital fundraising program.
