Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and execute HR strategies, ensuring labour compliance and alignment with brand standards

Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and collaboration across all levels of the organization

Spearhead talent management initiatives, from recruitment to onboarding, training, and professional development

Support leaders and colleagues across the resort in meeting operational and financial objectives

Drive employee well-being and benefit administration programs

Ensure compliance with company policies, local labour laws, and standards

 

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or related fields

University degree or equivalent diploma required; HR certification a plus

Proven experience in talent management, benefits administration, and employee welfare

Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A self-driven, team-oriented professional with the ability to meet deadlines
